Thornton’s is the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant and is considered by foodies to be Dublin’s finest restaurant. Thornton’s offers fine dining, a sophisticated, elegant atmosphere and stunning views of St Stephen’s Green. The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday. You can also sample some of the superb food on offer at the new Thornton’s canapé bar. No reservation is necessary and many excellent wines are available by the glass.
